Guide Right / Kappa League
Guide Right Program
Guide Right is our National Service Initiative and includes all of our youth-oriented programs. The flagship initiative of the Guide Right Service Program is the Kappa Leadership Development League, better known as Kappa League. Guide Right provides educational and occupational guidance to young people through mentorship, inspiration, leadership development, and exposure to opportunities. Its purpose is to place the training, experience, knowledge, and interests of successful men at the disposal of youth. Through Guide Right and Kappa League, we focus on developing strong leaders, creating an achievement mindset, building character, and providing meaningful mentorship. Throughout its history, the program has mentored more than 500,000 young people. We are proud to be the oldest and one of the most successful mentoring programs dedicated to developing young people of color.
Kappa League
The Jackson Kappa League is a leadership development and mentoring program designed for young men in grades 9–12. Through mentorship, leadership training, community service, college and career exposure, and personal development, we help prepare young men to succeed in school, in their communities, and beyond.
